Proverbs 3:5-6 says: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding, in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your path straight” (NIV). I have been legally blind since 2001 due to my optic nerves failing in both eyes. Also, in 2012 my mom passed away due to Congestive Heart Failure, and in January 2016, my dad passed away due to Parkinson’s disease. However, in the midst of these trials, God has shown that I can put my full trust in Him. 2 Cor. 5:7 calls us to walk by faith and not by sight. In our toughest times, God is still faithful, and He will make our path straight. In 2017, I was doing street ministry in Winnipeg. One of the leaders of that ministry prophesied over me that God was going to use me in a powerful way in the province of Quebec. She told me that I should get in contact with the Quebec House of Prayer in Sherbrooke. There is a lot of brokenness in this province; however, if we keep our focus on Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith, and do not lean on our own understanding, He will clear the way for revival to take place, for His honour and glory. This last June, I have been accepted as full-time staff at QHOP. I also got engaged to Myriam, my Sweetheart, and will be getting married June 1st, 2019. I look forward to what God has in store.
